One of the top festivals in Croatia – Hospitality on the Beach (Tisno, 2nd – 9th July 2024) – has revealed its full 2024 line-up and there are some fantastic names playing at this drum and bass heaven on the Adriatic Sea!

The festival is brought to you by the leading UK drum & bass label Hospital Records, known for its focus on the drum and bass community and for covering all styles of drum and bass, from liquid to jungle, rollers to jump up, minimal to neuro and everything in between. Hospitality on the Beach debuted in 2018 and has evolved into the event we all know and love today – one that offers truly unforgettable moments in a stunning beachside setting to all party-goers. The party heads back to its routes next summer to offer an intimate experience like no other.

Once again, Hospitality on the Beach will be held at the impressive Garden Tisno resort, which has everything a festivalgoer could possibly want and need! From a sun-kissed private beach to multiple stages to immerse yourself in DnB at all times of day (especially during the unreal sunsets and epic sunrises); crazy boat parties to the world-famous open-air afterparty spot Barbarella’s Discotheque.

Playing across the epic Garden Resort’s four stages next summer will be some of drum and bass’s hottest artists including A.M.C, Alix Perez, Camo & Krooked, DJ Marky, Fabio & Grooverider, Flava D, Kings Of The Rollers & Inja, Lens, LTJ Bukem, Metrik, P Money X Whiney, Sub Focus and so many, many more.

And some of the most pioneering labels, brands and artists will be curating their own soundtrack as stage hosts including Hospitality, 1985 Music, Blackout, Critical, Detonate, DJ Marky & Friends, Modus, 25 Years Of Respect, Run, 20 Years of Shogun Audio and Spearhead.

Hospitality on the Beach 2024 – Tickets and Accommodation

Tickets are on sale now with the second release of tickets available to buy, priced at £190 plus booking fee.

You can also opt for a “group of 5” offer if you’re going to be heading down to Tisno with your mates – this brings down each individual ticket to £170 (plus booking fee). You can also purchase a ticket with payments available from just £28.57 a month.

There will be official Hospitality on the Beach 2024 accommodation which will be a mix of hotel and beach cabins. Located just a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the festival site, this will be the perfect way to start your festival day each day – meet like-minded festival-goers as you sip a cocktail on Hotel Miran’s terrace bar, soundtracked by Hospitality resident DJs, or take a refreshing dip in one of two swimming pools or the hotel’s private beach that overlooks the picturesque Adriatic Sea. Sounds ideal, right?

This year’s SunceBeat could be the last ever

The organisers behind the wildly popular festival SunceBeat (20th – 27th July 2023) – the longest-running festival in Tisno, now in its 14th year – have just announced that this year will likely be the last time the festival will be held in Croatia. SunceBeat will definitely not return in 2024, and the team are still deciding on the future – whether to return to Croatia or to continue in a new location in Europe. This is down to a combination of factors, and the SunceBeat team need to take a break after 2023 and develop other ideas. The festival’s big sister event, The Southport Weekender, will continue each Spring in the UK, however.

All of this means that this year’s SunceBeat will be an absolute blast! Festival founders Alex Lowes and Nick Connolly plus the whole extended team will be sure to put on an absolutely memorable event, celebrating SunceBeat’s enduring legacy with one final get-together this summer. Some of the seminal artists that have played a part in the festival’s identity as well as debut sets from Body & Soul NYC: (Joe Claussell – Danny Krivit – Francois K), Kruder & Dorfmeister (DJ SET) and DJ Spoony plus Kenny Dope, David Morales, Danilo Plessow (MCDE) and his live band Another Taste, Hunee, Antal, Osunlade, Tony Humphries, Children of Zeus (live) and many more.

We’ve made some brilliant friends on this journey which has taken us from the early Petrcane days when the whole idea of festivals in Croatia was in its infancy to the more recent years in Tisno where we’ve amped up our ambition and scale. Throughout this we’ve always kept to our roots in the artists we’ve booked and the amazing and loyal crowd we’ve cultivated through the years, essentially a distillation of The Southport Weekender in terms of our ethos and musical scope. Making so many friends, building these relationships and being lucky to come to this gorgeous part of the world each year has always been the highlight for myself, Nick and the wider SuncéBeat team, and not coming next summer is going to hurt us all. We will dearly miss Croatia’s warm welcome, Tisno’s intimacy and the fantastic festival site at the Garden Resort, the boat parties and of course Barbarella’s.

So this summer is going to be all about celebrating the good times we’ve had – and we have had many – and to party with all of our favourite guests day and night. We know SuncéBeat’s made an indelible imprint in the history of Croatian festivals and the memories will last long, and we expect July to be extra special and a chance to say goodbye to what we have created here in a suitably fitting style.

Be sure to join the global partygoers at this intimate festival in beautiful Tisno for one final spectacular event – you’ll want to be there as the crowd doubtless sheds a tear or two when dawn rises for the final show at legendary open-air club Barbarella’s.

We’ve thought long and hard over this decision and we have to be realistic – myself and Nick have faced many challenges in the last three years running SuncéBeat and ever more so as we now approach this 14th and final edition. Being independent is an integral part of who we are and always will be, but it adds to all of the other factors you need to go well for any event on our festival’s level to work. It’s not been an easy decision – it’s frankly been very painful to come to – but also we know it’s the right one and the essence of SuncéBeat will continue in a new guise elsewhere in Europe. And whilst I would always say you never know, I do feel that this is our last Croatian odyssey. So we’re going to conclude SuncéBeat with as big a bang as possible for everyone and make a memorable last party which will have Tisno rocking. We want to give everyone the best memories and something to cherish. It’s been a wonderful, bonkers and love-filled journey.

The 14th edition of the epic Suncebeat is back in Tisno this summer (20th – 27th July 2023) and just a few days ago the first wave of artists appearing was announced. SunceBeat will be going back to its roots this year, as the team bring together some of the original artists as well as honing in on the global sounds which make the festival so unique – there will be the best of house, disco, Afro, Soul, Garage, R&B and funk on offer. Names on the bill include acts such as DJ Spoony, Kenny Dope, David Morales, Hunee, Children of Zeus (live), DJ Spen and Friends and more! (See more details further in this post.)

Tickets for the full 7 days of the festival are priced at £235 (plus booking fee). If you can’t quite make the full festival, it’s possible to buy a 4-day weekend pass (for entry Friday 21st to Monday 24th July) for £200 (plus booking fee).

You can also buy group versions of both of these tickets – pay for 4 tickets and get 5! The group version of the 7-day pass works out to £164 (plus b.f.) per person, whilst the 4-day version is £140 per person (plus b.f.).

On from 4th to 11th July 2023, the festival will once again be held in a location that is very special to all of the Hospitality family. Following a very successful tenth edition of the festival last year, the epic Dimensions Festival has announced its full line-up this morning – and it really looks to be a spectacular year. Croatia’s most forward-thinking festival returns to its new home of The Garden Resort in Tisno from 31st August to 4th September 2023 with another untouchable mix of cult stars, pioneering legends and new school talents as well as the famous boat and label parties, live sets, back-to-back exclusives, debuts and much more.

The previous ten editions of the festival have seen the event really build up a special feel, meaning every dance is a special one, plenty of musical memories are made and new bonds are formed. All of that is no surprise given the experiences on offer – sailing out to sea on one of the hugely popular boat parties; baking in the sun as DJs drop warm beats on the beach; getting freaky at one of the after-parties or dancing under star-lit skies at the cult Barbarella’s Discotheque. And with the festival set on a sweeping, secluded bay, beside towering pines and with gorgeous sea views, the Garden Resort has proven to be the perfect setting.

With Dimensions all about high-quality production, carefully curated line-ups and crowds of serious music lovers, there is no finer place to spend your summer.

This summer, the full range of bass, house, techno, electro, garage, disco and plenty in between will be on Dimensions’ diverse musical programme, something that they have poured heart and soul into! Much of that will be overseen by the welcomed return of popular label and brand partners such as the one and only Fabric, Bristol label Dr Banana, Berlin mobile record store and DJ duo The Ghost, London party and label Butter Side Up, Welsh community-minded gathering Freerotation, Leeds’ legendary Subdub, plus Maricas, Heels & Souls, Casa Voyager, Picnic, Outlaws Yacht Club and more. On top of that, 2023 sees the addition of new partners such as Scotland’s leading electro label Craigie Knowes as well as the psychedelic lovers from Club Cosmos.

Some firm festival favourites and long-standing affiliates return including blistering techno from Helena Hauff, high-speed electro from Detroit’s Stingray, heady house and minimal from The Ghost, tasteful eclecticism from Josey Rebelle and stylish spaced-out electronic sounds from Hamish & Toby. 

In terms of debuts, Italian techno sculptor Donato Dozzy will play for the first time while Sugar Free and Peach play back to back for the first time on any line-up with further b2bs scheduled from Malika & Matthew Neequaye, Christian AB & Quest, Gene On Earth & Dyed Soundorom, Youandewan & Huerta, Masda & Evan Baggs, tINI & Doudou MD, and Roza Terenzi & D. Live shows are always a big part of Dimensions and this year Sweely, Z@p, Hieroglyphic Being, OCB aka Driss Bennis and Steevio all line up while lovers of heavyweight bottom ends have plenty to look forward to as Mala, Iration Steppas, LTJ Bukem, Josey Rebelle, Tim Reaper, Om Unit and Tasha all bring their finest bass next to Skee Mask, Objekt, Anz, Bluetoof and others who will be repping a rich take on UK centric electronic sounds.

There is still plenty more Dimensions news to be announced, including the unmissable after-party programme at the stunning outdoor venue, Barbarellas Discotheque. Last year’s after-party takeovers included The Ghost x Limousine Dream, Truants and Planet Euphorique. SunceBeat 2022 (21st – 28th July 2022) will be marking its 13th season this year, making it the longest-running festival in Tisno. And just this week, the SunceBeat 2022 boat parties have been announced, revealing 17 epic sea voyages for all revellers this summer! This very welcome announcement is in addition to the recent news that David Morales, Delano Smith, Fred Everything and David Montoya have been added to the official festival line-up – these acts join names such as The Blessed Madonna, Kerri Chandler, Kenny Dope, Dave Lee ZR, Dam Swindle, Miguel Migs, Mark Farina, Horse Meat Disco, Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy, Natasha Diggs and many more who are already on the bill.

SunceBeat 2022 will be bringing together many of the world’s leading DJs and producers along with the burgeoning next generation of talent, as always. In an idyllic, pine-shaded setting around a glittering bay on the Croatian coast, the event really is a holiday and festival blended as one, and a true escape from reality and responsibility. Dimensions 2022 will be returning to The Garden Tisno for its 10th spectacular edition this year – to be held from 1st to 5th September – and just this week they have announced the headline acts that will be appearing at the festival. It’s time to ramp up the excitement as the organisers have revealed a tastefully curated list of headliners, back to back exclusives, label parties, UKG celebrations, Detroit specials, debut sets and much more.

One of the few festivals to take place in Croatia in 2021, Dimensions marked a new chapter in its history with a move to the wonderful Garden Tisno site from its previous location near Pula in Istria. With a sweeping beach and pine forests surrounding the venue, The Garden Tisno really comes alive during the festival weekend with an array of hugely popular boat parties, baking sunshine and beach-side sessions by day and open-air dancing under starlit skies at the cult Barbarella’s Discotheque by night.

Dimensions 2022 Line-Up

Detroit lands in Croatia this summer with Detroit In Effect, Marcellus Pittman and DJ Stingray 313 making appearances from the Motor City. There are plenty of exciting partnerships lined up this year with revered party crew Trommel and tasteful minimal associates such as Raresh, Sonja Moonear, Quest, Vlada, Anthea and Unai Trottil, while ISAbella’s MARICAS party is also returning and Electronic maestros Steevio & Suzybee host a special Freerotation presentation. D. Tiffany and Roza Terenzi go head to head alongside a Planet Euphorique partnership, Dutch crew VBX join forces with Slapfunk for a special takeover, while cult crew Dr Banana is back with friends Eliza Rose, Helena Star, Jeremy Sylvester and T Dunn for a special celebration of UKG and beyond.

Meanwhile Karenn, Sansibar, Sweely, Soichi Terada all present special live performances, Bradley Zero returns with his diverse, multi-genre sounds, and long-standing party-starters Butter Side Up are back alongside pals The Ghost, Gene On Earth, Youandewan, Huerta, Sugar Free, Truly Madly and more. Mala is back with his much loved bass-heavy selections, and after being postponed from 2021 Francesco Del Garda, LSDXOXO, Peach, Zakia, DVS1 and Malika will finally join the party. 

In terms of debuts, Eris Drew & Octa Octa present a T4T LUV NRG takeover, Jossy Mitsu, Sherelle and LCY all play for the first time, Slow Life make an appearance with founders Laurine and Cecilio, and on top of that Paula Tape, Adam Pitts, Azu Tiwaline, Russel E.L Butler, Club Fitness, Jamie Tiller, Jeremy Sylvester, Marie Montexier, Quest and Vlada all arrive at Dimensions for the first time.

You can also expect thrilling sets of drum & bass from Calibre, Djrum and DJ Storm, slick minimal from scene-leaders Raresh, Sonja Moonear, Quest, Vlada, Anthea and Unai Trotti, carefully curated eclecticism from BeatPete, Jamie Tiller, Zakia, Nabihah Iqbal, OKO DJ, Jaye Ward and Ruf Dug.

Now in its 13th year, making it the longest-running festival to take place at epic The Garden Tisno venue, SunceBeat 2022 has just released the first wave of its line-up. Taking place from 21st to 28th July 2022, this popular event features an eclectic mix of genres, from underground house to disco, Afro to soul, R&B, funk and more.

Following on from their initial line-up reveal, Outlook Origins (30th July – 3rd August 2020) has now announced everything you need to know about this summer’s festival – the final names to be added to the bill, the stage programme and all the details about the after parties taking place at the open-air nightclub, Barbarella’s.

Drum & bass icons Chase & Status and Children of Zeus have been added to the opening concert, which will take place in St Michael’s Fortress in Sibenik on the 30th July. There are limited tickets left for this unique event – if you want to attend, make sure you snap up a ticket now!

Outlook Origins Full Line-Up

For the main part of the festival, the Outlook Origins full line-up now includes Novelist, Silkie, Coki, Goth Trad, Conducta and Sgt Pokes are all playing, whilst 1xtra’s Jamz Supernova joins the bill and Pinch’s Tectonic and Rinse FM will also get involved with their own impressive takeovers.

If you recall, Outlook has moved home for 2020 – now named Outlook Origins (for it has returned to its origins in Dalmatia), the festival will take place in Tisno. This year will see a more intimate version of the storied Outlook Festival, but one that will stay true to its roots – with its usual mix of sound system culture, beach parties, boat parties, after parties and much more.

Outlook Origins is an exciting evolution in the story of the festival and is sure to attract many of its usual fans. Once again, the festival is sure to be the most essential event this summer for lovers of any and all forms of bass.

Outlook Origins Full Line-Up

The Outlook Origins full line-up has been pulled together by 13 expert curators; each has done a fine job of representing the various cornerstones of their own scenes. These curators are Calibre, D Double E, DJ Storm, Flava D, Fliptrix, Goldie, Iration Steppas, Lenzman, Mala, Mungo’s Hifi, The Bug, Zed Bias and Hybrid Minds and they’ve already announced huge names like dBridge, Fabio & Grooverider, Randall, Wookie, Youngsta, Hatcha, Breakage, Doc Scott, DRS, J.Sparrow, P. Money, 6 Figure Gang (aka Dobby, FAUZIA, Jossy Mitsu, LCY, Sherelle, Yazzus), Children of Zeus, Coops, Darwin, Horsepower Productions, Jah Shaka, N-Type and many more. 

On Mala’s curated stage in attendance are Silkie, Coki, Goth Trad, Sicaria Sound with Killa P, Crazy D & Sun of Selah on the mic all bringing the signature sound back to Croatia with plenty of hard hitting and deep bass styles. Further high profile stage takeovers have been added; these include Pinch’s Tectonic label celebrating 15 years (with Walton being a late and great addition ahead of his new release on the label) and Rinse FM who join forces with 6 Figure Gang for a takeover of their own that is sure to get rowdy.

Elsewhere excitement is building for Deadbeat + Tikiman who will present a special live dub show, while New Zealand duo Truth return for big things in 2020. The Heatwave add some of their own much loved and hugely characteristic bounce and 1xtra’s Jamz Supernova joins the bill, while there will be more drum & bass from Technimatic, SCAR, Artificial Intelligence and J Majik.

Outlook Origins Barbarella’s After Parties

With the festival moving to Tisno, revellers will be able to enjoy the after parties at the legendary open-air club Barbarella’s. Entry to these parties are available via separate tickets on sale now as individual days, as well as part of a festival package deal and full pass.

Each of these special events is powered by the peerless Sinai Sound System and will feature the likes of Dispatch and Sofa Sound going head to head for a takeover. Mala curates a heavyweight offering featuring Deep Medi family including local Egoless as well as Silkie, Sicaria Sound and a b2b from Coki and Mala, then The Bug curates his own late night get together as well as Leeds legend and dub warrior Iration Steppas.

Early bird tickets for Outlook Origins are still available, priced at £120 (plus booking fee). You can also take advantage for a special offer to buy 5 tickets for price of 4, meaning that a ticket will only cost £96 per person!

Opening night concert tickets cost £35 (plus b.f.).

A Barbarella’s after party full access pass for entry to all nights costs £40 (plus b.f.). You can also buy a ticket for entry into Barbarella’s for any one night for £15 (plus b.f.).
