Hideout Festival

The twelfth Hideout Festival will take place in its usual location – Zrce Beach in Novalja, on the island of Pag – from 23rd to 27th June 2024.

Set on what’s considered to be the party island in Croatia – the island of Pag – Hideout made its debut in 2011, bursting onto the (Croatian) festival scene with great aplomb. The last few years have seen some fantastic acts perform, with sets from top names such as Stormzy, Diplo, Chase and Status, Pendulum, Erol Alkan, Seth Troxler, DJ Hype, Andy C, Simian Mobile Disco, Erol Alkan, 2ManyDjs, Pendulum, Ricardo Villalobos, Annie Mac, Skrillex, Skream, Sigma, Seth Troxler and more.

2024 will see the festival’s twelfth edition take place and some of the first names on the line-up have already been announced. If you head down to Hideout this summer, you’ll be able to enjoy acts such as Danny Howard, Gorgon City, Eats Everything, Joy Orbison, Prospa and Skream. Plenty more names are still to be announced too.

As in previous years, the event will be held at some of the famous venues by Zrce Beach in Novalja on the island of Pag – Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso and Noa clubs.

As ever, one of the delights of attending a festival in Croatia is the boat parties that accompany it. Hideout is no exception, and details of their fantastic boat parties will be announced in due course. (Tickets for these need to be purchased separately.) Alongside the boat parties, Hideout also hosts its famous beach parties…! There are also plenty of activities for daytime fun, including watersports on the Adriatic and even bungee jumping.

Hideout Festival Tickets

Standard tickets cost £189 (plus booking fee), whilst VIP tickets cost £299 (plus b.f.). VIP tickets allow you to enjoy priority access to all venues, exclusive VIP areas in the clubs, and early access to boat and pool parties – plus more.

Getting to Pag and the Hideout Festival

The nearest airport to the island of Pag is Zadar which is on the Croatian mainland. Easyjet flies to Zadar from London Gatwick during the summer season. Ryanair flies from London Stansted, Bournemouth, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Dublin and Cork airports to Zadar.

If you’re making your own way from Zadar airport, you can take a transfer bus to the main bus terminal in Zadar (you’ll see buses waiting outside the terminal building), which is about a 20-minute journey. From here you can take an additional bus direct to Novalja; the island is in fact connected to the mainland by bridge. Journey time from Zadar to Novalja is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes; check the Zadar Bus Terminal website for more details.

There is a direct bus from Zagreb to Novalja (journey time 5.5 hours – see the Zagreb Bus Terminal website); Split is about 4.5 hours south of Novalja. In the summer months, there’s a direct bus service run by Antonio Tours from Split to Novalja; this operates in the late afternoon/evening.
