Books on Croatia

Just the thing if you’re heading to the Croatian coast on holiday for this book tells the tale of a girl who spends the summer on the seaside with her Grandma and starts painting pictures. Wonderful watercolour illustrations accompany the story. Your kids may be encouraged to say some of the words about their own seaside holiday…or to start painting! The author Elisavet Arkolaki has also written the bilingual books Cousins Forever and Summer with Grandpa which you can also find Croatian versions of.
