The main ferry company in Croatia is Jadrolinija and they operate the vast majority of ferry and catamaran routes in Croatia.

In tourist season, boats and ferries sail the Adriatic connecting major ports with almost all inhabited islands. One of the most scenic sailings is a summer coastal route which connects Rijeka and Dubrovnik and stops off at Split, Hvar and Korcula on the way (and then sails on to Bari in Italy). There are restaurants aboard the Jadrolinija ships and you can either reserve a cabin or travel on the deck in reclining seats.

Jadrolinija also operate numerous local ferry services between the islands and the mainland, as do other companies.
