The very first Defected Croatia will take place at The Garden Tisno from 11th to 15th August 2016.
About Defected Croatia
After many a successful season in Ibiza, the Defected team are bringing their unique vision to Croatia’s shores this summer for the very first Defected festival. A mix of main stage house superstars, disco icons and underground heroes will be playing to partygoers day and night in the awesome Garden Resort, making full use of everything the site has to offer – including daytime beach sessions and the (in)famous boat parties, great stages and the onsite nightclub, Barbarella’s, for some top notch after parties.
Phase 1 of the line-up has been announced and there’s some very exciting names on the bill – Basement Jaxx (DJ set), Roger Sanchez, Kenny Dope, Dennis Ferrer and Julio Bashmore are just some of the top names on the bill.
The Garden is also the perfect place to relax in the sun and sea by day when you’re looking for a little downtime from the festival. But there’s also plenty more besides – how about indulging in a massage or joining one of the yoga sessions?. Or, for the more adventurous, doing a bit of sailing?
Tickets and accommodation for Defected Croatia
Tickets for the full five days are currently priced at £99 (plus booking fee), which excludes boat parties and after parties. However, you can purchase a ‘By Night Unlimited After Party Pass’ for £50 (plus b.f.) for entry to Barbarella’s night club for all five nights – that’s a saving of £25. (Entry is normally £15 per night.) See below to buy tickets.
As for accommodation, there’s lots of choices! Basic camping, pod pads and shikar tents cover different levels of camping (depending on whether you want to get a usual festival experience, or go for a ‘glamping’ option instead) whilst there’s also some apartment options available. See above for more details.
Getting to Tisno
Tisno is best reached by flying into either Split or Zadar from the UK, although the former airport has more flights than the latter. Check out who flies to both places on our Getting to Split and Getting to Zadar pages. There are of course loads of flights to both places from all over Europe as well!
From either airport, it’s an easy transfer to the main bus terminal in each city. From there, take a bus to Tisno (if you’re looking up schedules, look up ‘Tisno R.’, ‘Tisno raskrsce’ or ‘Tisno magistrala’).
It might however be easiest to simply purchase and organised transfer from an airport – and don’t forget, there’s other airports in Croatia you can fly in to as well! See our Flights to Croatia from the UK & Ireland page for full details.
