The Festival
Now in its second year, Soundwave is a dance music festival organised by UK promoters Soundcrash and New Bohemia. Set in the beautiful old village of Petrcane, near Zadar, the festival is a wonderful opportunity to experience a music festival that's right on the beautiful Adriatic coastline - what could be better?
Some acts on this year's line-up - such as
Toddla T, Benji B , Smith & Mighty , DJ Format and DJ Vadim - have already been confirmed. More acts and bands are still to be announced, so keep your ears peeled!
In additional to festival performances, there are a number of organised boat parties (tickets for these are extra) as well as a great nightclub on site for after-parties so there's plenty of fun to be had all day and night!

Soundwave would be perfect for a long weekend, although there's also a great opportunity for you to combine it with a holiday on Croatia's coastline either before or after.

Accommodation for the Festival
The Soundwave site is located within the grounds of the 4* Hotel Pinija, so this would be the easiest accommodation option!

Getting to Petrcane
Zadar Airport is the nearest to the village of Petrcane, at about 15 miles/24km away. Please see our Getting to North Dalmatia section for details of which airlines fly to Zadar from the UK and Europe. Buses that that coincide with flight arrivals will take you to Zadar bus station, from where you can make ongoing connections if need be.
